Service Policy & Full Disclosure – Maintenance Plan (3 Month Hybrid)
At Ion Auto Detail, transparency and quality are non-negotiable. This Maintenance Plan is a professional agreement designed to preserve the results of your initial Showroom Detail through scheduled follow-up treatments.
All listed pricing reflects vehicles in normal, maintained condition. Additional charges may apply if contamination, pet hair, spills, excessive buildup, or neglect require extra labor, time, or product to restore the vehicle to Ion Auto Detail’s complete standard of excellence.
We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or adjust any service for reasons including—but not limited to—vehicle condition, unsafe environment, poor lighting or access, extreme weather, or unrealistic service expectations.
All work is performed using MAXL ONE, MAXL Interior Detailer, and MAXL Tire/Trim. While these products are safe for professional use on leather, vinyl, fabric, paint, glass, and trim, Ion Auto Detail assumes no responsibility for pre-existing defects, aftermarket coatings, or damage resulting from previous improper cleaning or modification.
By purchasing or scheduling this plan, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Prices may vary based on vehicle condition or service location.
Missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
The plan is non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Results depend on proper ongoing maintenance between visits.
